Fathead Pizza

Yield: 1 Prep Time: 20 min Cook Time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2.6 oz (3/4 cup) Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp (?) Garlic powder
  • Large Pinch Salt

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
  3. Take out of microwave and mix
  4. Microwave for another 30 seconds and mix again
  5. Add almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and egg to the melted mixture
  6. Mix all the ingredients together until they combine
  7. Spray 2 pieces of parchment paper with cooking spray
  8. Place the dough between parchment paper and press into a circle
  9. Roll out until approx 1/4” thick
  10. Place dough on oiled sheet pan
  11. Bake until top starts to brown
  12. Remove from oven top with sauce and topping
  13. Bake until cheese starts to bubble and brown
