Fathead Pizza
Yield: 1 Prep Time: 20 min Cook Time: 15 min
Ingredients
- 6 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 2.6 oz (3/4 cup) Almond Flour
- 1 tsp (?) Garlic powder
- Large Pinch Salt
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 425
- Combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
- Take out of microwave and mix
- Microwave for another 30 seconds and mix again
- Add almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and egg to the melted mixture
- Mix all the ingredients together until they combine
- Spray 2 pieces of parchment paper with cooking spray
- Place the dough between parchment paper and press into a circle
- Roll out until approx 1/4” thick
- Place dough on oiled sheet pan
- Bake until top starts to brown
- Remove from oven top with sauce and topping
- Bake until cheese starts to bubble and brown
