Green Beans

Yield: 4 Prep Time: 15 min Cook Time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • Greens Beans
  • Butter or geeh
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt

Procedure

Blanch

  1. Boil water. Salt water.
  2. Trim green bean stems
  3. Boil green beans for 4 min or until they just start to get tender
  4. Chill is ice water bath

Sauté

  1. Preheat skillet on high
  2. Sauté green beans in butter
  3. Salt
  4. Add garlic when they are nearly done (a light browning is present)
  5. Add lemon juice and remove from heat
