Ingredients
- Greens Beans
- Butter or geeh
- Garlic Powder
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
Procedure
Blanch
- Boil water. Salt water.
- Trim green bean stems
- Boil green beans for 4 min or until they just start to get tender
- Chill is ice water bath
Sauté
- Preheat skillet on high
- Sauté green beans in butter
- Salt
- Add garlic when they are nearly done (a light browning is present)
- Add lemon juice and remove from heat
