Polenta
Yield: 10 servings Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 2 L water
- 500 g Polenta
- salt
- butter
- Parmigiano Reggiano
Procedure
- Heat water on high until it starts to simmer in dutch oven
- Add salt
- Whisk in polenta
- Continue whisking until it starts to bubble
- Reduce heat to low
- Stir constantly until it is very thick. (Will probably need to raise heat to medium.)
- Add butter and finely grated Parmigiano
- Salt to taste
