Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts The follow ingredient amounts are estimated:
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp (?) garlic powder
- 2 5-finger pinches of Diamond Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp (?) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Trim Brussels Sprout stems and halve (quarter larger ones)
- Dust the Brussels Sprouts with baking soda (This helps with browning. Too much will make them too mushy.)
- Add garlic powder and salt
- Toss sprouts and seasoning
- Add olive oil and toss to coat
- Spread sprouts on parchment covered baking sheet with flat side down
- Bake until tops of sprouts start to brown
- Remove from oven and give a light splash with lemon juice
